Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, pedals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
